The family of pioneer Kenyan female news anchor Katherine Kasavuli said she would be buried in the village of Zululu in Vihiga County.

According to family, a fundraiser will be held on January 7 to help offset KSh's 4 million medical bill and funeral plans.
A requiem Mass in memory of the famous news anchor will be held at the International Friends Center along Ngong Road on January 12.
Kasavuli will then be placed in her final resting place on Jan. 14, closing the curtains for her beloved, eloquent and articulated media personality.
