He also finished second in the 2022 East African Bodybuilding Competition.

During the trial in court, he told the magistrate's senior resident, Richard Odyo, that he was innocent.
The bodybuilder said his arrest was a cover-up by police because he was not involved in the horrific murder.
Litali opposed a proposal by Eldoret's chief inspector of the South District of Columbia, Stephen Mumba, to detain him along with other suspects for 21 days.

Litali sought to be released on bail, claiming he never met his co-defendant.
“All these people who are being held with me as suspects are strangers I've never met.
Detaining me for three weeks will expose my young family to a lot of suffering and torment,” Litali told the court.
