Winnie Odinga misses meeting with Ruto
During the meeting, Ruto asked MPs to focus on regional trade and investment.
“The economic expansion of the Community is in the best interests of all nations and citizens of East Africa,” Ruto said.
Noticeably absent from the meeting was Vinnie Odinga, the last born daughter of Orange Democratic Movement leader Reila Odinga.
