The man, identified as Kevin Oyuko, said his dream was to walk down the aisle with president William Ruto's daughter.
In the tweet, Oyuko was captured on video piling up praise on Charlene, pointing to her curvaceous body and pretty looks, saying it warms his heart.
He said:
“Huyu msichana venye ameumbwa nikimwangalia kwa TV naona ni kama ananiangalia, akiongea kwa TV naona ni kama ananinongelesha. Sasa naomba hii ujumbe imfikie, nimempenda tu bure.”
