“So in December, I traveled very different heights. So I was in Lagos in early December where it was very hot. Then I returned to the rain in Nairobi. Then I went to Naivasha, where it was equally very cold, and then went to the village. And when I was in Naivasha, we went back to Nairobi during the day and then went back to Naivashi. I think my body got the shock of a year. Nikama ilistuka sana. For the first time in history, since my period began, they dragged on. They never hesitated if I wasn't pregnant. For a moment, I was ready to reveal the baby, reveal the sex, reveal the pregnancy,” she said.
However, she wondered how she could be pregnant, but she was on a contraceptive.
“Well, I like the planning, so I'm glad it's not there. I'm great at planning. So hii nayo nilikuwa nimejiambia kama iko ndani ni sawa tukiendanga. I don't have a problem if it happens because I'm married,” she added.
She also asked how people with irregular periods cope by explaining that for her, when she lingers, it means she's pregnant.
“What just confused me was that I had a coil. How am I pregnant with a coil? But I hear that sometimes it can have the opposite effect. So, nilikuwa nafikiria ni is one of those. Either way, the episodes are removed,” she said further.
