
Octopizzo Claims He’s Kenya’s Wealthiest Musician, Doesn’t Need to Brag: “Naendesha G Wagon”

Octopizzo slams clout chaser
He also hit Kenyan artists who admired the pursuit of influence, saying, “mtu yeyote anafanya kiki ako njaa”.
Octopus said he doesn't need to brag to show how much he's worth, saying he's a well-traveling man who has a great taste for expensive travel.
The Otuh Bank hitmaker boasted of signing huge digital checks, sums that no other artist has ever done.
In a video posted on Facebook content creator Eva Mungai Oktopiczo said:
“Nime'travel hii dunia sana… Nalipva niko on kazi, nakula fiti… Is Nini Nahitaji kiki? Mtu yeyote anafanya kiki ako njaa”.
He noted Eric Omondi must keep what makes him make money, even if it means chasing influence.
“Tunakuona kila siku club madem umetoa shati men, wapi pesa?” he asked sarcastically.
Octopizzo slams radio stations
The musician threw volleys on radio stations to forcibly feed Kenyans foreign music instead of supporting local artists.
“We have a lot of artists in Kenya, playing them music and let the fans decide which music they like it,” he said.
He added:
“Personally, I don't submit my music to radio station DJ to play it. They should get it from streaming platforms like they do for other international artists.
KRG Don worth 5 billion rubles.
On Thursday, October 27, TUKO.co.ke reported that the Kenyan musician KRG Don claimed to be richer than some top politicians.
During an interview with TV47, the musician said that it cost 5 billion KSh.
“I'm approaching 5 billion, pesa iko hii dunia,” he said.
Recently Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi stated that his net amounted to 4 billion KSh.

KRG Don has not stated his source of wealth, and most Kenyans know KRG as a musician, so they questioned the amount of money he claimed he had.
